BSV series rotary vane vacuum pump adopts the first cylinder external-positioning method, which makes full use of oil cooling and air cooling to dissipate heat. It has the advantages of high rotation speed, low temperature, low noise, compact structure, easy start, etc.

Excellent structure and performance

◆ Use springless rotary vanes. It is possible to avoid pump failure due to spring breakage.

◆ Forced fuel supply method. In the continuous exhaust operation near atmospheric pressure, stable exhaust performance can be obtained by this method.

◆ Hydraulic oil counterflow prevention mechanism. An oil check valve is installed in the pump to minimize the amount of reverse flow entering the pump and solve the problem of starting difficulty due to the oil reflux caused by power failure or accidental pump stop.

◆ Variable oil filling capacity. The pump is designed to simplify the management of oil quantity by expanding the scope of oil indication.
