Vacuum induction melting furnace
1. Application: Used for smelting and purifying stainless steel, high-temperature alloy, and magnetic materials, producing alloy bars for precision casting.
2. Features:
2.1 The furnace body and door are double-layer stainless steel water-cooled furnace walls to extend the service life of the equipment.
2.2 The heating power supply adopts IGBT medium frequency power supply, and the inverter is a new IGBT module, which can be used for efficient induction heating.
2.3 Single-chamber or multi-chamber structure: casting room, mold loading room, feeding room.
2.4 Realize the system of tamping, sampling, filling, and alloy composition adjustment, which can be directly and quickly smelted under a vacuum state.
2.5 Computer and PLC automatic control system.
2.6 Add alloy, sample, measure temperature, and pour material under vacuum state.
