The vacuum is low, not only because of the structural limitations but also because of the saturation vapor pressure of the working fluid. Water as a working fluid, the ultimate pressure can only reach 2000~4000Pa. Oil as working fluid, up to 130Pa. There is no exhaust valve and friction surface, so dust gas, coagulable gas, and water mixture can be removed. With these outstanding features, it has been widely used in spite of its low efficiency.
