By adding a metal anode activator to the nickel sulfate electrolyte, the TC11 electrode is first activated by anode pulse current to produce active dissolution, and then the anode pulse current is converted to a cathode for electrodeposition. A layer of nickel coating with good bonding strength can be deposited on the surface of titanium alloy. After the titanium alloy sample was degreased, it was etched in the mixed solution of hydrofluoric acid + dimethylformamide for 10 minutes. After a full reaction, a gray-black film was obtained, and then copper was directly electroplated on the film layer. The binding force test showed that the resulting coating had good binding force and did not require heat treatment after plating.
