The electrophoretic coating is a process in which the workpiece and the corresponding electrode are placed in the electrophoretic solution, and an external electric field is applied to promote the directional movement of the particles, uniformly precipitate and deposit on the surface of the coated workpiece to form an insoluble paint film.
