The corrosion resistance of amorphous films containing chromium is higher. At present, ion plated Al, Cu, Ti films have been used in parts of the aviation industry instead of electroplating products. Thermal corrosion-resistant alloy coatings prepared by vacuum coating and thermal barrier coatings developed by vacuum coating have been used in many series. As an important branch of ion beam technology, ion implantation has increased the service life of molds, tools, tools, and parts such as aviation bearings, rollers, turbine blades, and nozzles by 1 to 10 times.
