Induction heating evaporation, is the use of high-frequency electromagnetic field induction heating, so that the material vaporization on the surface of the substrate condensation film technology. Its advantages are a large evaporation rate, about 10 times larger than the resistance evaporation source, the temperature of the evaporation source is stable, not easy to produce splashing phenomenon, the crucible temperature is low, and the crucible material is less polluted to the film guide. The disadvantage of evaporation devices must be shielded, are high cost, complex equipment. Although the principle of these three evaporation coating technologies is the same, they are all coated by the vaporization of high-temperature evaporation materials, but the applied environment is not the same, and the plated film and substrate also have different requirements.
