In order to improve the system resistance to local corrosion, a variety of process methods can be adopted. PVD methods such as thickening coating, using high corrosion resistance matrix material, deposition of corrosion resistance dense transition layer, additional plasma etching in the middle of coating, construction of multilayer structure, plasma nitriding pretreatment of substrate can improve the local corrosion resistance of the system to a certain extent. The water electroplating transition layer is reliable but not environmentally friendly, and the non-PVD method of coating with UV oil is controversial but effective.
