1. Molecular pump vibration is very small, can be directly connected to the pumping system.
For applications with high precision instruments such as electron microscopes, vibration isolators are recommended to minimize vibration.
2. Impact protection: high-speed rotation, small clearance, flexible support
Mechanical vibration (pre-pumping pump, front pump, mechanical action, etc.)
Gas vibration (gas volume change, pressure change)
Accidental vibration (falling foreign matter, collision, etc.)
Note: without necessary protection for the pump, it is easy to cause serious damage to the molecular pump or even a broken pump.
