Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
May 02, 2023| SEM is a high-resolution imaging technique used to analyze the surface morphology and microstructure of thin films. The technique works by scanning a focused electron beam across the surface of the film and detecting backscattered electrons. Backscattered electrons provide information about the surface morphology, morphology, and composition of the film.
