Spraying A coating method in which droplets are dispersed into uniform and fine droplets and applied to the surface of the coated material using pressure or centrifugal force, either by a spray gun or a dish atomizer. It can be divided into air spraying, airless spraying, electrostatic spraying and various derivative methods of the above basic spraying forms, such as large flow and low-pressure atomization spraying, thermal spraying, automatic spraying, multi-group spraying, and so on. Spraying operation has high production efficiency, suitable for manual work and industrial automation production, a wide range of applications mainly in hardware, plastic, furniture, military, ships and other fields, is the most common application of a painting method; Spraying operation requires a million to one hundred level of the dust-free workshop, spraying equipment includes spray gun, spray painting room, paint supply room, curing furnace/drying furnace, spraying workpiece conveying equipment, fog and wastewater, waste gas treatment equipment. Large flow and low-pressure atomizing spray is low atomizing pressure and low air jet velocity, and low atomizing paint running speed improves the situation of paint bouncing out from the surface of the coated material. The paint rate is increased from 30% to 40% of ordinary air spraying to 65% to 85%. In light leather finish, spray the finish on the leather surface with a spray gun or spray machine.
