The working pressure range of the low vacuum pump group is about 1330Pa ~ 100Pa, which is mainly characterized by high working pressure and large exhaust volume, but the pumping speed is lower than that of the medium and high vacuum units. It is widely used in coarse pumping of vacuum chambers and vacuum conveying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum filtration, vacuum drying, vacuum degassing (molten steel treatment), and other devices with large discharge volumes and high working pressure.
The main pump of the low vacuum pump group is commonly used reciprocating vacuum pump, oil-sealed mechanical pump, dry mechanical pump, water jet pump, water steam jet pump, water ring pump, molecular sieve adsorption pump, wet roots pump, etc. Under normal circumstances, the main pump in the low vacuum unit can directly exhaust the atmosphere. Using a low vacuum pump group, it is also necessary to configure the necessary dust collector, water-gas separator, oil-water separator, drying or oil trap, and other components according to the cleanliness of the pumped gas, humidity, or other special requirements.
