The vacuum unit is the vacuum pump and the corresponding vacuum components according to its performance requirements combined to form the pumping device. It is characterized by compact structure and easy installation and use.
Vacuum pump group can be divided into low vacuum pump group, medium vacuum unit, high vacuum unit, ultra-high vacuum unit, oil-free vacuum unit and so on according to the working pressure range. The name of the vacuum unit is named after the main pump, such as: diffusion pump unit, molecular pump unit, etc.
