1, low vacuum degree: pump oil pollution, too little or too thin, clean the vacuum pump, replace the new vacuum pump oil. 2. The pumping time is too short: extend the pumping time. 3, the suction filter is blocked: clean or replace the exhaust filter. 4. There are air leaks: turn off the power after taking time out, and check whether there are air leaks in the solenoid valve, pipe joint, vacuum pump suction valve, and the sealing pad around the studio. 5, loud noise: vacuum pump coupling wear or break, replace. 6. The exhaust filter is blocked or installed incorrectly: clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly. 7. Vacuum pump oil injection: suction valve O-ring falls off, pull out the vacuum tube on the pump mouth, remove the suction nozzle, remove the compression spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re-embed it in the groove, and then install. 8, screw wear: replace the screw. 9. Leakage of vacuum pump: the oil return valve is blocked. Remove the oil return valve and clean it (see the instructions for details). 10, oil window lose: after oil release, remove the oil window, and wrapped with a raw material belt or thin plastic film. 11, vacuum pump smoke: If the suction filter is blocked or polluted, clean or replace the exhaust filter. 12, pump oil pollution: replace the new oil. 13. Blocked oil return valve: Clean the oil return valve (see the instructions for details). 14, no heating: heating strip burned off, replace the heating strip. 15. The heating time relay is burnt out (two lights are on at the same time when the machine is turned on, and the OMRON light is yellow): replace the time relay. 16, heating hot wire burn: replace the heating hot wire, and firmly installed it. Control heating temperature band switch bad contact: repair or replace. Ac contactor that controls heating is out of position: repair (blow foreign matter with air stream) or replace. 17, heating does not stop: heating time relay contact is bad or burned out, adjust the time relay and socket contact or replace. 18, the sealing is uneven, not tight or not sealed: steel box deformation, adjust the heating time and heating temperature of the steel box is not adjusted properly, adjust to the appropriate. 19, the motor reversal time is too long: any two-phase power line replacement installation (except ground wire). 20. Pressure gas path ventilation is not smooth: straighten out and dredge the pressure gas path.
