How it works: When a fluid passes through the flowmeter, it creates a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the flowmeter. The rotating part of the flow meter (rotor for short) rotates under this pressure difference and pushes the fluid from the inlet to the outlet. In this process, the fluid repeatedly fills the "metering space" of the flowmeter and then is continuously sent to the outlet. For a given flowmeter, the volume of the metering space is determined as long as the number of rotations of the rotor is measured. You get a cumulative value of the volume of fluid going through the meter.
Working characteristics: (1) high measurement accuracy; (2) installation pipeline conditions have no effect on the measurement accuracy; ③ Can be used for the measurement of high viscosity liquid; ④ Wide range; ⑤ Direct reading meter without external energy can be directly accumulated, total, clear, easy to operate; ⑥ Complex structure, large volume ⑦ not suitable for high and low-temperature occasions; Most meters are only suitable for clean single-phase fluid; ⑨ Large noise and vibration.
