Oil diffusion pump maintenance matters need attention

(1) Oil diffusion pump installation or maintenance should be placed vertically so that the pump core components are in a normal working state.
(2) cleaning parts and pump cavity, first with aviation gasoline cleaning, and then with silk dipped in ether or acetone to scrub, and placed in 80-100℃ drying or dry with a hairdryer.
(3) After cleaning, assemble in sequence, pay attention to keep the pump core perpendicular to the bottom of the pump, and concentric with the pump cavity, all levels of nozzle clearance should be adjusted according to the original requirements.
(4) Connect the sealing place, and the rubber sealing should be reliable.
(5) If the diffusion pump is not used temporarily, it should be kept in a vacuum state at room temperature during storage to avoid pump oil pollution and corrosion of parts, and the remaining water in the cooling water jacket should be blown clean.
(6) after long-term work, the pump performance gradually deteriorates, should check whether the amount of oil is reduced or oxidized, if necessary, add oil, replace the new oil to clean after drying
