The pre-pumping pump (coarse pumping pump) is mainly used to remove a large number of gases in the vacuum chamber, so that the gas pressure in the vacuum chamber is reduced from the atmospheric pressure to the vacuum degree when the main pump can start working, therefore, the pressure achieved by the pre-pumping pump is required to be less than the starting working pressure of the main pump, and the pumping speed of the pre-pumping pump selected by the unit is determined by the coarse pumping time. In order to improve the utilization rate of the vacuum unit, the pre-pumping pump can be used as a pre-pump, and the vacuum valve is used to separate and switch between the two different pumping functions.
