Take the oil seal vacuum pump as an example to introduce.
Construction: eccentric shaft rotor, fixed-wing, oil. The rotary power is the electric motor.
Principle: The rotor rotates close to the inside of the pump wall. The fixed-wing then moves down, the rotor reaches the oil surface, the air is compressed, and the compressed air pressure is higher than the outside atmosphere after the exhaust port.
Features:
Exhaust capacity is determined by compression ratio up to 0.1Pa degree. Simple to operate. It can start at atmospheric pressure. The oil will evaporate.
In order to avoid oil or other liquid in the vacuum chamber, the dry vacuum pump without oil or other liquid is becoming the main rotary mechanical pump.
