Construction: motor-driven high-speed rotating vane, fixed vane on pump wall.
Principle: the high-speed rotating blade, which rotates tens of thousands of times per minute, impinges on the gas molecule, which then hits the fixed blade and bounces onto the next rotating blade, and is finally sent to the exhaust port. Rotating blades and stationary blades are in opposite directions, making retrograde molecules difficult. In this type of exhaust, exhaust speed does not change because of the type of gas.
Features:
No oil, clean working environment, can reach 10-10PA vacuum degree. Exhaust speed is not affected by the type of gas. Complex structure, expensive, high-speed rotation, pay attention to installation requirements. A vibration. Need to be combined with other primary exhaust pumps.
