(4) No compression in the pump cavity, no exhaust valve. The structure is simple, compact, not sensitive to dust and water vapor in the gas being pumped;
(5) Low compression, poor effect on hydrogen gas extraction;
(6) The surface of the rotor is a curved cylinder with a complex shape, so it is difficult to process and check.
